When you have an amazing mid-century modern house, and you're a well know professional photographer you need to put the cherry on top. This backyard has a hard slope, muddy terrain and a difficult layout. We designed a functional space for not only relaxing but from shooting. Awesome dapple light created by a massive oak sets the stage. Two tiers, and custom furniture built on the spot with multiple vignettes for getting the right shot. This project was one of our favorites, probably because the owner has such an amazing creative spirit which made this very fun and energetic build.
