400 sq. ft. 2 tiered deck built into a hill completes this beautiful mid century modern renovation.  All the furniture on this job besides the couch was custom built on site, and the lighting configuration is truly inviting.

A zero lot home with a hot dry corner got a custom redwood deck, hand troweled concrete deck and major love all around the house.  The most overlooked part about a zero lot or small lot home is to pay attention to the views from the inside.  We create custom landscaped vignettes for every viewpoint from the inside utilizing decorative trees like Japanese Maples and native grasses.

Would you nap here? - easy answer.

When space creates collaboration good things happen.  The most collaborative space to date.  Incorporates a massive covered patio, custom furniture, a suspended bed, infant plan area, and tree fort in the most awesome tree in N. Texas!

A closer look at the the suspended day bed.

I call this the extra wood hutch.  Built on site and hosts the herbs and outdoor dinnerware.

One of my personal unexpected favorites.  We found 100 year old bricks completely buried on this east Dallas property.  We cleaned them and found enough to make this 10 ft side entrance walkway which has become a huge conversation piece.

We love clean living and clean eating.  This beautiful raised planting bed, and pallet beds are ready for the spring season.  This will actually feed a family of 4 for an entire year.  Lettuce, kale, carrots, tomatoes, herbs, and strawberries are all going in!

Clean simple, 3 day backyard makeover.  Custom concrete finish, and huge pergola complete the backyard appeal.  We did not take pics of the final furniture and set up to protect the privacy of the homeowner.

An East Dallas gem.   This was a complete flip, stripped to the studs and thoughtfully designed back to glory.  Alley accessible we designed this front collaboration area to bring the neighbors out and get to know each other.

A neighborhood favorite for sure, but also a fan favorite, the custom "smokehouse".  This is a converted storage space, now a fully functioning outdoor kitchen complete with custom galore.  My favorite part?  The concrete coated smoker wood , and wood plank shelves to keep the bugs off and the wood in good shape.

Yes... this is before the flip.  A fun project and a welcomed renovation revolution started on the block.
